This RETEX products guarantee is based on the use of selected raw materials and widely tested, ensuring their behaviour according to the Specifications defined for them.

RECUBRIMIENTOS TEXTURIZADOS, S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for failures originated for mistakes in the preparation, installation, finish or fails of the substrate where they are applied. In the eventual case of a claim, it shall be presented in writing, and in the event that RECUBIRIMIENTOS TEXTURIZADOS, S.A. de C.V. find that the supplied products are out of specificaton, it is our option to replace the product or to refund the money of its purchase price. Neither the manufacturer nor the distributor shall be responsible of the labor costs or damages derived from this. The reception of RETEX TEXTURIZADOS, S.A. de C.V. constitutes the acceptance of the terms of this guarantee.
